Spring Fishing is Right Around the Corner

Good morning everyone. Spring is almost here and fishing will start heating up very soon. Grouper is closed now, but other fish will be moving in very soon like king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, barracuda, shark and cobia. These species are a lot fun on light tackle.

Remember when booking a deep sea fishing charter look for a good captain who will put you on fish and not take you on a boat ride. Take time and look at the their pictures and boat – it says a lot. So don't just go with the cheapest charter you find to save a 100 bucks – you may not get what you're looking for in a Florida fishing trip.
